All Sales are Final on EastSeventhStudio.com. 

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrives damaged, please let us know within 14 days so we can help you solve the problem. Replacement items can be re-issued at our discretion for items damaged in shipping.  

Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product - close-up and as a whole - and send it together with the order number and any other relevant information about the claim to orders@eastseventhstudio.com

We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain items. We reserve the right to change the International carrier used to ship an order.
