What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What if my order is lost in the mail?
East Seventh Studio is not responsible for lost packages. But if your package is lost in transit, please email us at orders@eastseventhstudio.com with the order number, no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll do our best to help solve the problem. 

In most cases a claim must be submitted to the shipping company. The carrier is dependent upon your final destination and can be found through your tracking number. Once the claim is approved we will ship your replacement item.

Please note, East Seventh Studio is not responsible for items lost due to an incorrectly submitted shipping address. We are not responsible for your order after the claim deadline has passed.

What if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged please send photos of the damaged item(s) - both a close-up and the item as a whole - packaging, shipping label and order number to orders@eastseventhstudio.com within 14 days from the date you received the item. East Seventh Studio is not responsible for damaged items after 14 days of receipt.

How does my print arrive? 
Each print is rolled in a sheet of tissue paper and packaged in a rigid cardboard box for shipping. Please take care when removing and opening your print - East Seventh Studio is not responsible for prints damaged when unwrapping. 

How should I handle my print?
To avoid marking/scuffing or rubbing ink from the surface of your print, it is recommended to handle it with care. Avoid touching the surface of your print with wet/moist/oily fingertips. For best results, wearing gloves when handling any print is highly recommended. 

Are frames included?
Frames are not included. We do not offer framing as a service at this time.  

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship internationally to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

How long does shipping take? 
The average shipping time from order fulfillment to final delivery is between 6-10 business days, depending on the delivery destination. 

Please note, for some international orders delivery can take between 1-20 days, depending on the final destination, courier and the level of service available.

COVID-19: Please be aware due to Covid-19 some customers may experience delays in shipping at this time, depending on the final delivery destination. 

If you haven’t received your order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (orders@eastseventhstudio.com) and we will check your order status.

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

Do I need to pay customs and duties tax? 
The shipping charges that are incorporated into your bill automatically from our shopping cart, and reflected in your invoice from us, are for the actual shipping of the item into your country only. Please be aware that each country has its own “Import Duty” for all commercial imports. You may want to check with your local customs office to find out just what these charges may be. We cannot assume any responsibility for import fees and therefore these fees are your own responsibility.
